The new Universal Print drivers have a more basic interface but you can still tell it to print on both sides as well as punch and staple. Here's how.

From the document you are trying to print, select the printer you want and then click on printer properties.

Here you can select if you want to print on both sides or not, or press the advanced button for more options.

In advanced you can turn on or off the additional features like stapling or hole punching.
