Frequently Asked Question

Sometimes the laptops can get stuck in sleep/hibernate mode. Power button does not wake them. This will fix it.

1. Press & hold power button.
2. Look at clock (don't skip this step!)
3. Wait until 15 seconds goes by.
4. Let go of power button.
5. Wait a couple seconds (about 3)
6. Press power button - device should turn on.
