Frequently Asked Question

If you are experiencing issues with your Windows laptop, sometimes it is necessary to manually check for windows updates.

Before doing this, please make sure your computer has sufficient charge (greater than 30%) and is plugged in.

Click on the start menu, then click on settings (gear on the left of start menu.)

Next click on Update & Security

Lastly click on Check for Updates

This may take some time, it will download and begin installing updates. Check back after a bit, the only remaining updates should be listed as "Pending Restart." At this point, you should click the restart now button and allow the updates to complete their installation.
