To open or check a ticket use the link provided on the district home page, under For Staff called IT Ticket System or you can go right to the address https://ticket.m-ecs.net.

Once there, click the blue button that says Open a New Ticket

Then sign in using your @m-ecs.org email address as your username and your password (should be the same as computer login and schooltool.)

Choose the type of problem – General Inquiry should do the trick for most situations, fill out the for and click create ticket.

You will get an automatic email confirming your ticket. You will also receive an email as the status is updated or changed.
